Scorpion Atoll is one of the most remote and pristine fly fishing destinations in the world. Few anglers have heard of the atoll and fewer still have fished it. The variety of species and abundance of fish makes it a bucket-list location for any serious angler and those who make it to this tiny speck in the Gulf of Mexico will find that they can explore almost unvisited waters on foot. After a brief hiatus we are delighted to announce that it is once again possible to access this superb fishery.

Scorpion Atoll

The atoll, designated a marine park and protected from commercial fishing, is the largest coral structure in the Gulf of Mexico and delivers an unforgettable fly fishing experience. Anglers can cast to bonefish, permit, triggerfish and a host of other Caribbean species. Based on a nimble liveaboard anglers can explore the numerous islands of the atoll, fishing a variety of locations each day. Whether targeting large bonefish or permit you can be sure that your fishing time is maximised.
