Job outline
A full time position, based at our offices in Tidworth. It is a key role, ideally suited to those with PA or previous travel administration experience.
- Salary dependant on experience
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, running on a yearly cycle from 1st January to 31 December
- Working hours 0900 to 1730, Monday to Friday
- Assisting the Sales team with daily administration tasks

The Sales PA works as administrative support to the sales team to ensure the highest standard of client care and satisfaction. This involves detailed record keeping, liaising with worldwide suppliers, airlines, clients, and general office duties.

Day to day: Booking and confirming all relevant services with suppliers • Developing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers and tour operators • Liaising with clients to finalise details.
We would love to see: Experience in logistics, travel or events • Knowledge of flight booking systems • Excellent attention to detail and data entry • Confidence liaising over the phone with different businesses • Polite and professional telephone manner.
